Meet Karen Steiner

I’ve battled food addiction since early childhood having gained and lost weight many times. It took years but I finally got it. I’ve maintained a 65 pound weight loss for the past 3 years. I found what works for me and I can help you find what works for you.

I won’t put you on another diet because I believe you need to own your food choices. Instead I’ll help you learn to listen to your body’s hunger signals, find your triggers, manage stress and negotiate your way through our toxic food culture.

I have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Penn State University and studied coaching at the CTI-The Coaches’ Training Institute.
