  • I was resigned to living life as morbidly obese.
  • I was sure that my hunger/satiation mechanism was broken.
  • I couldn’t say no to the chips.
  • The crushing depression that has plagued me all of my life took a nosedive, I could barely function.
  • When I went to the grocery store I would lean on the cart because my knees hurt so badly.
  • I had to do something, but what? If I had to measure another portion I was going to scream.

It took several years of trial and error, but I finally hit on the solution and LOST 90 POUNDS

I’d been practicing meditation for years and I started searching for a way to take my practice off the cushion. I began eating mindfully and slowly, gradually, I began to see how foods that I loved weren’t loving me back. I found a way to break the food seduction!

It took a lot of trial and error, but a six point program began to take shape. By the time I’d lost the first 30, I knew I’d made permanent changes, the weight wasn’t coming back this time AND I’d hit on a solution worth sharing.
